I will meet with you to determine where you want to live, your needs, and your most desired wants in your home. I will set appointments around your schedule to see each home available that you would like to look at.
Once we find the home you love. I will work with you to propose a strong offer based on comparable properties and contingencies.
Inspections, Appraisals, Contingencies! We typically have 30-45 days to make sure everything is set for closing. This includes and inspections, appraisal, getting your loan approved, and sometimes more.
Cross a couple T's, dot a couple I's and you've got the keys!!
