It's Never Too Early

Thinking about selling next month? A year from now? 5 years from now? Contact me today, we'll develop a plan to make sure your home is ready for the market when it comes time to sell.

Step-By-Step

I will prepare a CMA showing the comps of similar homes in your area. Together, we'll determine you home's optimal listing price.

I will recommend any necessary repairs, staging or update suggestions, and set up a secure online account for all of your transaction documents

(My favorite part) I will create a customized marketing plan for your home to ensure your home stands out from the competition and is view by as many buyers as possible.

After helping you successfully negotiate an offer, I will assist you throughout every step of the closing process.

Getting Your Home Ready for the Market

Ready to sell your home? When selling a house at any value, you want to make sure your home is shown in the best way to potential buyers. Here are some of my top tips for staging your home before hitting the market:

Clean and clear floors, surfaces, cabinets, and closets equal more space in the eyes of potential buyers

Shining floors and gleaming windows clean counters and scrubbed grout. We want the photographs showing the shine! Ask me about a cleaning service that can help!

A little bit of fresh paint consisting of grey and beige colors. Prepare bedding and furniture so that it can appeal to anyone.

Buyers will see the outside of your home first, keep up with the lawn and garden. You want your home to feel welcoming as soon as they pull in the driveway.

Unfinished home projects will scare off potential home buyers. Make the repairs before listing so that this doesn't hurt the asking price.
